Day Two:
Hola!
I slept late today. When I woke, it was lunchtime. We ate naked artichoke (without the green stuff) and the tortilla de potato from yesterday. The best part of lunch was the melón. I’m not sure if we have this kind in the U.S. but it tastes good. I love fruit so that was right down my alley!
Tomorrow, I’ll visit the university where I’ll take a placement exam and tour the campus. I’m nervous. Fuen says I shouldn’t worry. She and her friends think I speak great.
On another note, I miss the candy from the U.S. I’m on a mission to find a Hershey’s Almond!
